Support Learn Without Limits CIC
Learn Without Limits CIC is building practical navigation infrastructure for families affected by disability, additional learning needs, school breakdown and fragmented public systems in Wales.
We already have live community reach, public information resources and a working digital development model. Targeted support can help us strengthen the infrastructure, technical capacity and strategic collaborations needed for safe, sustainable growth.
Strategic People We Are Looking For
We are interested in hearing from people who can strengthen Learn Without Limits CIC at board, research, Welsh-language, digital or infrastructure level.
We are especially keen to hear from potential new board members with technology, digital governance, fundraising, income development or strategic partnership expertise. Strengthening the board would increase organisational resilience, broaden strategic capability and may open access to funders, partnerships and opportunities that are not currently available to us.
Board Member: Technology & Digital Governance
Someone with experience in technology, digital governance, accessibility, systems architecture, cyber/security, product delivery or technical leadership.
This is a strategic board role, not an unpaid developer role.

Academic Research, Data & Evaluation
We are interested in connecting with researchers, evaluators or academics with experience in academic data collection, analysis, community research, public health, disability, neurodivergence, inequality, systems navigation or preventative infrastructure.
We would particularly welcome people interested in ethical lived-experience research, underrepresented perspectives, community-informed evidence gathering and translating real-world patterns into meaningful public insight.
Welsh Language & Community Support
Welsh speakers and community contributors who understand disability, ALN, accessibility, education, safeguarding, parent-carer experience or digital inclusion.
We are also interested in people who can help strengthen bilingual and culturally aware engagement across Wales.
Paid roles will be advertised openly only if and when funding is secured.
We are also recruiting Community Champions and Public Engagement Volunteers through our Bridge pathway.

Open Briefings
We run quarterly open briefings for people who want to understand how the programme is developing, what we are learning and where support may be useful.
Upcoming briefings can be booked through our events page. A write-up from our most recent briefing is available on our About page.
Sponsor or Collaborate With Us
We welcome support for defined workstreams, visible assets or stage-gated pieces of work.

Safeguarded Community Platform
Platform hosting, moderation tools, accessibility configuration and safe community infrastructure.
Accessibility and Inclusive Technical Design
Technical review, assistive technology testing and WCAG-aligned improvements.
Welsh-Language Access
Bilingual communications, Welsh-language review and Welsh-speaking volunteer development.
Research, Data and Evaluation
Quantitative research, measurement, cost-benefit analysis and impact reporting.
Podcast, Blog and Public Learning Resources
Transcripts, captions, linked resources and public learning materials.
Funders and Strategic Collaborators
We are keen to speak with funders and collaborators interested in prevention, digital inclusion, disability, education, civic technology, community insight, social investment, Welsh-language access or systems change.
Our model is based on pattern recognition, not representation. We recognise recurring patterns in family experience and convert them into practical navigation infrastructure through a structured, continuous feedback loop.
We are open to collaboration where roles, ownership, responsibilities and public-benefit purpose are clear.
Direct Donations
A simple direct donation option will be added soon for individuals who would like to make a small contribution towards our public-benefit work.
